This command tells Dynodex to begin printing. Dynodex will print in the Layout that is currently selected (Dynodex Std 3-Column address page, Rolodex card, 3-up labels, etc.). You must choose the Layout you want BEFORE you print. You can check the current layout by looking under the Layouts Menu.
After choosing "Print", you're given the chance to resort your file, cancel or continue with the printing. Next, the Page Setup dialog allows you to make sure the settings are correct. You may want to make changes here including Print Effects or Orientation. Click OK to proceed. Dynodex then takes a few seconds to format your records for printing. The Print dialog now gives you these choices:
• Preview: Click on the check box to preview your printouts before they go to the printer.
• How many copies you want to print: Type a number here.
• The page range: which pages (or labels or rolodex cards) you want to print.
• Help: Displays a Help dialog with brief instructions specific to your printer.
• Other options: Your printer driver may include additional options such as "Quality" or "Back to Front?" (don't choose this one).
You can also Cancel printing in this dialog.
